Review Policy

After making sure that the submitted manuscript is in conformity with the scope of the journal and that the author has complied with all the requirements of the journal, manuscript will be sent to two or three anonymous reviewers.

The journal follows Double-Blind Peer Review Guidelines, both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process.

If an Editorial Board member is listed as an author on a paper, another editor will be assigned to handle peer review. The same review process applies to these submissions as it does to any other manuscript.
